The 1000 and 2000 Series PTO's have been engineered to work with the most common transmissions in today's market. Offered in a wide range of input gear, ratio, output, and shifter options, these cast iron PTO's include large 12mm flange bolts, which make for a very sturdy and durable pump mount, supporting some of the larger pumps in the market.  Both of these models are also available in a deep mount 1010 and i2010 series.  All Bezares PTO's are built with the highest quality bearings and sealing components available.

Economically designed for effective control of hydraulic and pneumatic actuators where frequent adjustment is not required.

The Prince RD-1800 Valve is a direct acting ball/spring type pressure relief. The valve is compact and simple in design. This type relief is fast opening and is well suited for pressure spike protection. The performance curves below indicate the low cracking pressure typical to ball/spring reliefs. The valve has a standard steel seat, externally adjustable.

A series  of spin-on filter elements are accessorized with a selection of filter heads for a variety of applications.  Indicators, gage ports and by-pass valves are available to customize each application.

Hydraulic fluids are efficiently filtered through return line applications.  Maximum working pressure 100 PSI/Burst 300 PSI.

The SP20B pump now utilizes self-lubricating thrust blocks that eliminate the need for seperate wear plates.  They are made from a high strength aluminum alloy with exceptional anti-galling properties.  This new thrust block design also incorporates advanced bearings designed specifically for high pressure hydraulic pumps.  This new bearing features a robust fluoropolymer PTFE wear surface that yields unsurpassed load carrying capabilities and cavitation resistance even at low speeds and moderate levels of contamination.  Also, since the PTFE resin layer is self-lubricating, contamination from bearing wear in high load situations (when no oil film is present) is reduced.  This new thrust block design combined with these advanced bearing results in lower friction and less internal oil loss resulting in higher pump efficiencies.

The Versa-pak Flow Control/Unloader unit is ideal for most residential and commercial refuse hydraulic systems.  Applications include residential and commercial front loaders, rear loaders, automated side loaders, compactors, roll-offs, recycle and all PTO driven pump applications.

The Flow Control/Unloader configuration has both the Flow Control and Unloader function.  By flipping a switch on the dash, the operator can go in to the Unload mode where full flow is diverted back to the tank at low pressure.  This function reduces system heat buildup and horsepower losses resulting in substantial vehical fuel efficiencies.

The WR Series motor incorporates the latest advances for smooth performance, efficiency and durability.  It features an optimized Roller Stator® geometry with seven precision rollers to eliminate sliding friction and provide rolling contact between the rotor and stator.  This increases motor efficiency.  A three-zone spool valve, integral check valves and a provision for a case drain reduce pressure on internal seals to improve product life.  A wide variety of mounting, shaft, motor displacement and porting options are available to meet all application needs.

Ideally suited for power units, mobile equipment, machine tools and test equipment.  Side mount capability.  Excellent alternative to spin-ons when space is at a premium.

The Prince valve model RV is a differential poppet type inlet relief.  The valve is made up of a relief cartridge and a cast iron valve body.  The differential poppet type relief provides smooth quiet performance with a minimum variation between cracking and full flow pressures.  This type relief is also less sensitive to system contamination.  The model RV is well suited as a system relief up to 30 GPM and 3000 PSI.  It is available in two pressure ranges and both an externally adjustable and shim adjustable version.

The 3000 Series PTO is designed for the Allison AT/MT/HT model transmissions.  This PTO has a low profile housing for easier mounting and is available with various outputs, ratios as well as either electric over hydraulic or air shift options.
